Brownie // Brauni

 Brauni  (Amerika metbexinden asan kakaolu keks)
-1/2 stekan un
- 3/4 stekan sheker tozu, 
-2 yumurta,
-1/2 stekan erinmish yag, 
-1 cay qashigi vanil, 
-1/3 stekan kakao tozu (temiz,shekersiz olan)
-bir chimdik duz, 
-1/2 cay qashigi qabartma tozu. 

Yaxshica qarishdirin. Men bunu chox elemisem, Amma en yaxshi qarishdirma ardicilligi beledir: sheker tozu, qabartma tozu, un, kakao, vanil, duz, yag- yaxshica qarishdirilmalidir ki, un denecikleri qalmasin, sonra yumurtalari elave olunur ve qariwdirilir. 175 derecede tam 25 deqiqe en ideal vaxtdi. Ichi yumshaq, qiraqlari am az xirchiltiyla olacaq. Tebii ki, tokeceyiniz formani yaxshica yaglamaq lazimdir.

Brownie

-1/2 cup flour
- 3/4 cup refined sugar
- 2 eggs
-1/2 cup melted butter
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/3 cup raw cocoa powder
-1/2 tsp baking powder
- a dash of salt

Mix together. I suggest mixing in this pattern to avoid lumps in the mixture. Sugar-baking powder-flour-cocoa-vanilla extract-salt-melted butter. Mix all and then add eggs and mix. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celcius . Enjoy
